Standard drone photography captures the building site as it exists today — before construction, that means an empty lot or an existing structure. TrueViews extracts the exact view a buyer will have from their specific unit, on their specific floor, from their specific window, after construction. It is produced from architectural data and verified against real topographic conditions. It shows the future view, not the current site.
First units are typically delivered in 2–3 weeks from when we receive your files. Full project delivery — every unit, every orientation — in 4–6 weeks. We work from the same architectural drawings, BIM models, and survey data you already have. No site visits, no drones, no waiting for construction to progress.
Every unit gets its own view — extracted from its exact floor level, orientation (north, south, east, west, and all angles between), and window placement. A south-facing unit on floor 8 gets a different panorama than a south-facing unit on floor 22. There are no shared or approximate views. Every unit is individual.
