You are about to launch a presale. Before the first post goes out, you need three rules. The third one matters most.
Every presale launch is a test of trust. The buyer is deciding whether to believe what they see. Your visuals either earn that belief or spend it.
Rule One: Never Fake the Visual
AI-generated visuals are cheap. They are almost free, and they are fast. That is exactly the trap. A rendering that looks like your building but is not built from your building’s real geometry is a misleading image, however beautiful it is.
Buyers do not forgive misleading images. The first time a buyer finds a window that is not where the picture showed it, or a finish that differs from the board, the trust is gone. And a presale without trust does not close.
Every visual you publish should be traceable to the actual project: the actual plans, the actual dimensions, the actual materials.
Rule Two: Earn the Click
Do not just try to catch attention. Attention is a moving target. Your job is to understand where the buyer’s attention actually sits, and to make them click on your property because of what they see.
For most buyers, that attention sits on the specific: their own floor, their own view, their own kitchen. A generic hero image gets a scroll. A specific unit gets a click, and a click is the first step toward a conversation.
Rule Three: Show Every Single Unit, Inch by Inch
This is the most important rule. Show every single unit, inch by inch. Show every amenity in the building.
It is not a theoretical ideal. It is doable today. The technology exists, and it works at every budget, from a ten-unit boutique building to a 2,000-unit development. The scale changes the workload, not the principle.
When a buyer can see every unit in full detail, they stop imagining and start deciding. Imagination produces doubt. Detail produces confidence. Confidence closes.
Never fake the visual.

For Developers Launching Now
Before you launch, audit your visuals against these three rules. Is every image traceable to the real building? Does your marketing point buyers to their own unit? Can a buyer see every unit inch by inch before they sign?

Mario Comando
A buyer sees a project they love, but there’s this voice in their head saying “but is it real?” Most developers ignore that voice and make the dream sound better. I think that’s backwards. I built SuitesFlow to let buyers answer that question themselves. Not through brochures. Through certainty. Turns out that works better than any pitch.
