The moment someone accesses Navigator, the system captures their entire session — every unit visited, every view explored. At the end of the session, it automatically sends them a personalised email with a link to a dedicated landing page built just for them. That page includes the broker's contact information and direct access to every unit they visited, so they can revisit at their own pace — with their partner, their family, whoever needs to be part of the decision. Every time that buyer returns to Navigator, the system recognises them and shows their previous visits. The broker sees every return visit in real time.
